Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy

Order Confirmation and Automatic Cancellation

All orders may require confirmation through call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch. If a customer does not respond to order confirmation attempts up to three times, the order will be automatically cancelled. In such cases, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed as per the refund timeline mentioned below.


Inventory Unavailability

In rare situations where a selected product, size, or variant is unavailable in inventory, the order may be cancelled by us. Customers will be informed accordingly and a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.


Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately at support@retrofuture.in.


Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable for cancelled orders, orders cancelled due to inventory unavailability, and approved returns as per our return policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. The refund processing time is five to seven business days after approval or inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the cancellation occurs due to inventory issues or the product received is defective or incorrect.


Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. Exchange requests must be raised within seven days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or opt for a refund to the original payment method.


Important Information

Products purchased during clearance or final sale, if applicable, may not be eligible for exchange. Requests that do not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy may be declined.
